What Happens Between Now and Your Event
1. Balance Due — The Week of Your Event
Your remaining balance is due the week of your event. We’ll send you a secure payment link a few days before so you can take care of it online — quick and easy.
2. Share the Details with Your Group
Forward the confirmation to your group so everyone knows:
- Where to be (the pickup address — not the first destination!)
- What time to arrive (5-10 minutes before pickup time)
- How many hours you have the bus
3. Plan Your Stops (Optional)
You choose where we go — that’s the beauty of a private party bus. Send us your itinerary anytime, or just tell your driver on the day. Popular options:

You’re welcome to bring your own beverages on the bus. Here’s the deal:
If You’re Bringing Alcohol
- You’ll need a Washington State Banquet Permit — it’s $25 and takes 5 minutes online
- Get it at lcb.wa.gov
- Email a copy to [email protected] before your event
- Have it on the bus during your ride (we’re required to check)
- All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21+ with valid ID
What to Bring
- Cans and plastic bottles work great
- Bring a cooler with ice — or a few bags of ice in a tub. A rolling cooler like the Coleman 50-Quart Xtreme fits perfectly
- Plastic cups, mixers, snacks — make it a party!
- We don’t have coolers on the bus, so plan accordingly
What NOT to Bring
- No smoking or vaping on the bus
- Decorations are welcome — just no confetti, glitter, or tape on surfaces

Can we extend our time?
Yes — if available, your driver can extend on the spot. Additional time is billed at your hourly rate. Just ask!
What if someone in our group is under 21?
Totally fine! Anyone can ride the party bus. Only passengers 21 and over with valid ID may consume alcohol. For school events (prom, tolo, homecoming), alcohol is never permitted.
What if we need to cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the event date — the sooner you let us know, the better.
Where does the bus park at our stops?
Your driver will find the closest legal parking and wait with the bus. When you’re ready to go, just text or call them.
Can we decorate the bus?
Yes! Balloons, streamers, banners — go for it. Just no confetti, glitter, or tape on the leather/ceiling.
What’s the music setup?
We have a 4,000+ watt sound system with subwoofers. Connect via Bluetooth (instant), aux cable, or USB. Pro tip: make a shared playlist beforehand so everyone gets their songs in.

How do I confirm pickup time and address?
Check your confirmation email first because it lists the event date, pickup time, pickup address, drop-off plan, and total. If anything is missing or has changed, reply to the email or call (206) 914-3560 with the reservation details. Send the exact address, not just the venue name, so the driver can plan the route and loading spot.
Can I change the route at the last minute?
Small route changes are often possible if they fit within your reserved time and do not create unsafe loading or parking issues. Big changes, extra stops, or longer distances may require more time or an updated total. The best approach is to send your preferred itinerary before event day, then use the driver for minor adjustments.
How do I add or remove guests after booking?
Let us know as soon as your headcount changes so we can confirm the bus size still works. Our fleet includes 26, 30, and 34-passenger buses, and capacity limits cannot be exceeded on event day. If your group grows beyond the assigned bus, we need time to see whether a larger vehicle is available.
