Party Bus Reservation FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend events and peak seasons (prom, wedding season June–September, and holidays). Popular dates like New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day can book out months in advance.
What does it cost to rent a party bus in Seattle?
Pricing depends on the date, duration, and pickup location. Most rentals range from $200–$350 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Wine tours, weddings, and corporate events may have custom pricing. We'll provide an exact quote after you submit the form above.
How many people can fit on the party bus?
Our luxury party buses accommodate 26–34 passengers comfortably. Each bus features premium sound systems, LED lighting, and karaoke capability. For groups over 34, we can arrange multiple buses.
Can I bring alcohol on the party bus?
Yes — it's BYOB! You're welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or spirits. Washington State requires a Banquet Permit ($25/day) when alcohol is present on a chartered vehicle. You can apply online at lcb.wa.gov. Read our full BYOB guide for details.
What's included in the rental?
Every booking includes a professional, insured driver, fuel, premium sound system with Bluetooth/AUX, LED party lighting, a karaoke system with wireless microphones, complimentary ice and coolers, and unlimited stops within your rental window. No hidden fees — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Puget Sound region including Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Olympia, and everywhere in between. Popular routes include Woodinville wine tours, Lumen Field game days, and Seattle nightlife runs.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days are handled case-by-case — we're flexible and want to work with you. Rescheduling is always free with at least 48 hours notice.
